Paid for a king room but room was a queen bed. Got into the room late and went to shower and the shower head fell off. Reported both issues to staff in the morning and it was dismissed and we’re told we must have booked the wrong room and they would report it to the manager.

We had a great time. The Hotel is a 5 minute walk from Darling Harbour and close to Restaurants and public transport. The Hotel has a great charm about it and we couldnt have enjoyed our stay more.
