Cleanliness is excellent no need to request for service when we got back to the room everything is clean bed is tidy, rubbish bin collected and towel all been replaced.

Our showers wall had black marks on it and you could see the tiles streaking from cleaning, it was disappointing that the air conditioner was set at a higher temperature and the fact that you are paying $460 a night for the room and it was only free to air TV

Delayed check-in. - Requested connecting rooms which I got confirmation then it changed upon actual check-in time. Had to wait about 40 minutes just to get rooms on the same floor. -Received no compensation - maybe I was spoiled in other Hyatt Regency hotels I've been through. -Other than that, the rest of the stay and service were 5-star worthy. -Oh and I didn't incurr any points for some reason (Hyatt Points Program) Thank you.

Would have appreciated a proper in room coffee service. Instant coffee is a poor substitute. Bed was too soft as well. Service checking in was incredibly slow and the App was unable to check us in at the time.

A bit disappointing for 5 star hotel

The room is nice and clean with comfy pillow and bed mattress. But there are 2 problems at the bathroom. First, something was wrong with the two flushing buttons. I had to press it hard for over 10 times to completely flush the toilet. This made me frustrated. Second, the drain cover plate on the bathroom floor is rusty, which seems not acceptable for a 5-star hotel.

Amazing View !

My family and I had a great & wonderful time at Hyatt Regency Sydney, We had a quick check in plus out of the 3 rooms I reserved, the receptionist gave us 1 room early check in at 10:30AM in order for us to refreshed ourselves. All our rooms had fantastic & amazing view of Darling Harbor. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was well situated and offered lovely accommodations. A minor maintenance issue in the bathroom with the toilet roll holder hanging off the wall. The bar snacks in the rooftop bar were very delicious. We stayed an extra day and had the buffet breakfast. This was terrible. They constantly ran out of every food. The staff were rude about it and told one of us to just get something else. But so much was empty. Waited 20 minutes for them to top up the hot water for a cup of tea. Then when they did that they left no tea bags. Overall the breakfast deserved a refund, but the rest of the stay was good. The best thing is the location and view.

Very little food left for breakfast. Arrived at 9,30 but nothing topped up. No pastries muffins etc. staff did not help when I enquired if more would be served. Does not rate with other international hotels. Very disappointed

Superb hotel

Very nice hotel in excellent location Everything very clean and comfortable. The Zephyr bar was great. Parking wasn't cheap butit is a city centre hotel.
