This is a great property and was especially convenient for our final night in Sydney prior to flying home, due to its close proximity to the airport. Hotel is new, modern and has a great vibe. Staff was friendly and helpful and the coffee shop within the hotel opens at 5 AM… bonus points for that. The only thing to be aware of is that the property sits in an industrial area with not much nearby for dining or activity options. It is necessary to Uber or taxi to those things. Again, great place to stay for convenience to the airport, but I wouldn’t stay here for my entire trip to Sydney.

Find other hotel. No services whatsoever
Compare to the price there is no service whatsoever. We were three people they had charged extra to us and there were no extra towel toilet paper was almost done. Facial tissues were empty. When i asled they daid go to 4th gloor amd get it your self. Even when we arrived there was no one to help us with luggage. Overall this plave was worst then motel. Even after confirmation they charged me twice for airport transfer when it supposed to be free. And refunded me only once.

My only real complaint is you’re the first hotel I’ve stayed in with instant coffee. Which is dreadful. Everyone else seems to have Lor machine with decent coffee.
