5 stars hotel they don’t provide to their guests a bottle water in the rooms. The bottle water it’s not such a big deal but I’m talking about customer service the only thing they car about it it’s money not their clients. I didn’t feel i’m in the hotel five stars hotel and it doesn’t worth what I paid for.

The Rocks is a great area for walking in Sydney. So close to the bridge and the opera house at Circular Quay. The views from floor 30 Horizon Club are wonderful and so worth taking the package that includes breakfast, tea time and evening canapes. Reviews were an important part of the decision to stay at this hotel so eveyone keep on writing.
