The people were very friendly and helpful. The building was open comfortable. What was disconcerting was cleanliness of the chairs in the lobby. One of the chairs in our room was very dirty with stains. The beds were very hard and the pillows were not comfortable.

The toilet smelled of urine and was disgusting. I think it was leaking. It was just gross. Also, the water pressure in the shower was worse than at my mother's house, and that's super bad. I don't understand how these Sydney hotels can get away with charging the amounts they charge. I'd have paid $150 for this room, if I were asked to pay what I thought the room was worth. That would have been generous. Oh well.
