Our room's bedding was dirty. They didnt have clean bedding so they switched our room. The 2nd room still had dirty bedding, worse than the 1st room. They changed the bedding finally in 2nd room. Overall the place was dirty, carpet not vaccuumed, reused room key holder(cardboard). Do not recommend this hotel.

We chose this property to save money although it was still pricier than the cheapest options for what we were looking for. We were very disappointed by the state of our room but not shocked because there were reviews about poor cleanliness. The floors were not well swept or vacuumed. We discovered two random blown up balloons under the nightstand. There was a dirty washcloth on the shelf under the sink in the bathroom. The refrigerator had sticky stains inside. Upon packing for checkout there was an ant crawling on the bed. We stayed here because of the indoor pool but that was disappointing because the pool had a lot of hair in it and there was so much chlorine in the pool that my bathing suit got bleached. I wouldn’t stay at this place again nor recommend it unless they made some major changes to the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility and rooms.

We had a mother with us who needed a place to pump and they denied us early check in. They were extremely rude and did not even bother to check if any rooms were clean for us. This was very disappointing since this is a medical need. Thought this was very inconsiderate.

Big clean updated rooms, check in fast and easy and lady was polite. Went to breakfast at 9;05 and everthing alteady put away.
