This is a small hotel on a quiet side street in the middle of Ortigia. The staff was exceptional. They will provide an exceptional room service breakfast at a reasonable cost. The only downside was that our room was on the third floor, and there's not elevator. That said, we'd happily return.

Perfect location to explore the island; lovely, clean hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful - they suggested places to visit and mapped the routes for us. I wish we had stayed longer!

Very attentive and accommodating staff. We were able to drive to location to unload bags, then staff arranged valet parking which is worth the 25euros as the narrow streets can be challenging with a larger vehicle. Front desk staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and travel tips. Room was very large and comfortable with modern amenities in a beautiful older building that is photo worthy. Highly recommend this place.

Lia at the front desk is a wonderful host and offered plenty of suggestions for exploring the city. It is very convenient. The property itself was decent, but the air conditioning system had a weird sweet odor (perhaps a dirty filter), to the point I could not stomach to use it. There were obvious areas that had not been cleaned around the baseboards, where I found hair and dust. The valet service was convenient but next time I would just park at the city garage and save the money and wait time. Not sure I would stay here again, but if you are on a budget and want to stay in Ortigia this should be a consideration.
