I am very sorry to hear that your room was not cleaned to your specifications prior to check in Maria, and appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience. We have had a shift in our housekeeping team, that we have been working on, and I am sorry to hear that this effected your stay. Things do occasionally happen, but for all of these issues to arise during one stay with us is very disheartening. If there is something I may do to make this right for you, I'd be happy to chat with you about options. I do appreciate your feedback about the breakfast. Coming out of the pandemic, we are bringing things back slowly, and learning as we go. Hopefully, if you come back and visit us again soon, you'll be happier with the options we are now able to provide, as we work to bring back our cooked to order extravagance we all know and love.

When reservations are made through a third party, every now and then our systems do not communicate properly. We were ale to get you into the hotel room, and were not doubting your word that you had a reservation, more trying to make sure that your promised room, rate, and appropriate prepayments were applied. We do understand this is an inconvenience for you, when all you want to do is check into your room, and apologize for that trial. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay.
