Best hotel in Tacloban. This hotel was perfect chill out place for me as I was on my last leg of my month trip in Philippines. Pintados suite was the best especially located on the 7th floor with views of city’s downtown. Robinsons mall is just across the hotel offering a variety of dining options with live music at Tia Titas restaurant. Hotels buffet breakfast was the same all the with limited options for foreign guests but overall okay. Rooms are very clean and staff members are very polite, kind and respectful. Highly recommended.

Ruckus at midnight.
As always, a lovely room and bed. Awoke around midnight to loud noises in the hallway. Upon investigating the loud machine noise it seems there was a problem in a nearby room. They stopped up on my complaint, but it was very out of character to make a big ruckus like that in a nice hotel.

Hotel is excellent, the location is great, in front of mall. Lots of restaurants, stores, pharmacy and grocery market. Also close enough to the downtown. Hotel is very clean, staff is super friendly, rooms are spacious and buffet was really good. I hightly recommend this place.
