Ms. Corina We are so sorry you did not have a good experience with making a reservation, changing and booking again. With time frames and policies, cancelling a reservation sometimes is more challenging. We do apologize if our staff did not make you feel welcomed during your check in. Even though we were not able to refund the previous reservation, making our guests feel welcomed and comfortable during their stay, is so important.
