This property is listed as having a hotel and pool, it does not. The elevators and hotel hallways were filled with weed and cigarette smoke. My room was changed after smelling of smoke and having cigarette burns on the bed. My original two bed reservation which was more expensive was not honored and i was not refunded. The room was dirty, with urine in the bathroom, a clogged toilet, and a hole in the shower. Again, the smoke was so strong in the hallway it permeated the room. The bedside table outlet didnt work and the wall lights wouldnt turn on. Breakfast was decent and the restaurant cook friendly, but dissapointing we werent told ahead of time that the bar was closed and restaurant only open for room service.

Carpets were atrocious. Stains everywhere. Did not walk on the floor barefooted it was so gross. Musty smell in the rooms. Couch was disgusting. Would never recommend.

I can only rate the customer service as horrible \since the hotel called while I was boarding the airplane to FLY to Washington and cancelled our room...they literally cancelled our reservation 2 hours after I could've checked in!! and 10 minutes before my flight left. She claimed that they were short staffed to which I replied- check in time starts at 3 , my room should have been ready for 2 hours and you are just now calling to cancel??? The chains policy is to put you up somewhere else and give you a $50 credit- she offered neither. I ended up having to pay much more for my next hotel when landed.
