Online check in was nice but the desk had a hard time finding it. It seemed like the right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing.

I did not feel comfortable in our room. When we arrived to our room was the door was opened which made us feel uneasy. There was a massive wet spot on the carpet, the tiles on the bathroom floor were sticky and starting around 5am there was so much noise outside our room that we were unable to sleep. We will not be staying again. oh

Noise all night long. At the end of my stay I realized they put me in a room right above the entrance. The doors slammed open and close all night. I will never stay in a Hampton again and I've always stayed in them.

The service that was preform by staff. Cleanliness and the steps and precautions to maintain and operate during the covid pandemic. The morning breakfast was great. :)

The lady checking me in was really personable and quick. The room was clean and didn't feel empty like most hotels. Even through the issues with Covid, they had breakfast to go and scheduled times for the pool and hot tub.

The staff was friendly and inviting. The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice that the pool and hot tub were open by reservation only. Will definitely be staying here again.
