Perfect weekend stay
For starters, the manager is super prompt in messaging back which is great! Peter was very thorough with details about the property, parking, accessing the building, parking garage, etc. The unit is super cute! Very clean with pretty much everything you would need. The kitchen had all the basic things you would need to cook with. They even had hair ties and feminine products in the bathroom. Bathroom towels were really soft as was the bedding. It unfortunately rained the entire weekend so I wasn’t able to go walk around like I wanted but I didn’t mind being stuck inside the cozy unit. The building was very clean and very well maintained. The elevator was a little hard to find in the parking garage but once I found it, I made sure to park near it. Checkout process was super simple. I will definitely look to stay next time I find myself in the Tacoma area.

Mixed feelings..
I think part of choosing to stay in a private home over a hotel is worth paying more because it comes with certain comforts. Unfortunately we had a number of issues that could have been avoided had a little more oversight been in place. Things like no back up toilet paper, dirty linens in the washing machine leaving us with only 2 clean bath towels and a shower that did not drain but had you standing in 3” of water the entire time. Often times owners pay a company to clean and restock which is completely understandable, but it doesn’t mean their work should go unchecked. I must say the host was quick to respond each time I needed to inform him of these things, and did his best to correct what he could, but it takes away from the relaxation if you have to be in contact with your host every day, even over minor issues. The location was convenient for our purpose in staying. We had a larger vehicle so had to street park which was easy enough to find. The bedroom was comfortable but got very hot at night, even with the portable ac on in the living area. The kitchen was set up for preparing basic meals/snacks.

Nice, centrally-located apartment building in downtown Tacoma. On-site gated parking was a nice bonus. The space is small (I'd recommend for two people max (unless you had a small child as a third), but overall more than adequate for our needs.

Great apartment, great location
I really enjoyed staying in this apartment while visiting family with my teenage son. The Hilltop area has an interesting history and was a great neighborhood to stay in. The apartment is very comfortable and fully stocked with all the important stuff — coffee, excellent assortment of cooking utensils, a dishwasher, and washer and dryer. It is in close proximity to a lot of restaurants and museums. If you follow 15th Street down to the bay, there is a waterfront area perfect for running. The real bonus of this place was the awesome weight room and pool table in the lobby. I would 100% rent this place again.

Beautiful downtown condo
We enjoyed our short stay at the property in downtown Tacoma. Our host shared detailed short videos with check in details. The property is clean and the photos are very accurate. Parking is available in a gated underground garage with elevator access. The building common areas (main floor seating and patio, and roof top deck with BBQs) were lovely. All in all a great property.

Clean space with amazing views
This property is located in walking distance of University campus, Museum of Glass, Chihuly Bridge of Glass, Union Station, the Children's Museum, and Tacoma Art Museum. The apartment is well appointed, clean, and includes high-end comfortable linens and is a great space for a single traveler, couple, or those with small children. There is a queen pull-out sofa in the living room for smaller guests. The space is not set-up for foodies, but can be used to prepare basic meals and allows you to explore the amazing food in downtown Tacoma and surrounding areas. The common areas are not crowded, so they are a great place to relax and unwind. The terrace and rooftop offer AMAZING views of Mount Rainer and downtown Tacoma. In less that 15 minutes you can visit the Brown & Haley Almond Roca outlet, Lemay Car Museum, Ruston Way, or the Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium. This is a great location that offers luxury living, secure parking, and amazing views.
