I couldn’t believe how terrible. There was no shower curtain, holes in the bedding from cigarettes, trim around the flooring missing. It was a nonsmoking room but it smelled of cigarettes and so did all of my things when I left. Garbage all over the property. The light fixtures were broken, some without light bulbs some without the fixture itself and the bulb hanging from the ceiling. The heater sounded like generator and couldn’t be used through the night. Music was pounding through the walls until 11:30pm. Not a safe or clean place, please do yourself a huge favor and learn from my mistake and stay elsewhere.

Wanna good laugh? Stay there. Smelled like sewage outside. People living there, some workers, some not. No extra towels, no extra tp. Right after we arrived medics were there taking a lady to the hospital because she picked a hole in her arm. She was back the next day. Mini fridge didn’t work, ac unit spit out hot air. The coffee pot looked like it has cooked a few meals or something in it. I have a video of the room right after checked it. Keeping that as a reminder not to stay there again.

This has got to be the worst place I have ever stayed in! Half or more of the rooms have permanent residents staying there! They should just convert the whole place for low income or homeless people. The room was terrible, there were burn marks on the bed cover, I was afraid of getting bed bugs to tell you the truth. Even another couple that we had just met there thought the same thing. My friend and I tried all the other hotels in the area, but unfortunately they were all booked! We were there for a Concert!

Complete Dive

Pros: Not one thing.
Cons: Everything!
Location: Nothing.
Oh man, where to start. The first thing that happened was a cop walking into the lobby behind us. Called because someone was peeing in a room. There was a big pile of chunky puke right outside our room's door. Poop all over the inside of the toilet bowl. Stains on the sheets. The entire room was filthy with stains and all the furnishings were old and wore out 20 years ago. This also must be a bad part of town because the people walking around there were not good people. Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to stay here.

This Hotel is despecable Hote!

Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: Noisy
This hotel was dirty (Furniture, Sink, Carpet) Stains there wasn't a drape on one of the large windows phone cord that was broken so it would not stay in the handset. No hair dryer and no housekeeping service the second night we got back to the hotel at 9pm we left at 9am. I had to go to the front desk to get towels and wash cloth's. I also received sheets to cover the window that didn't have a curtain on it. I have stayed at hotels for 32 years of my working life this one was the worst!! I was ready to leave the 18th I called the front desk to see about going to another room would not accomadate me nor could I get a credit and leave for another hotel! How does this hotel stay in Business?

Quick Trip

To be honest, I booked 4 rooms here because our high school wrestling team was in the State Finals at the Tacoma Dome. I was just looking for an inexpensive, but acceptable, place for the team to stay a couple of nights. It appeared that several other teams booked here for the same reason. The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, but the breakfast bar was pretty bad. It worked fine for us because none of our guys could eat before weigh-ins. I would book again here for the team, but wouldn't stay here with my family unless I was doing a bicycle trip and just needed a place to flop out overnight.

We will never be going back.

I booked this room simply because every where else we tried was booked. That should have been my first red flag. When we arrived at the "lodge" there were a lot of people wandering outside and it did not appear to be in the best area. Reluctantly we checked in after waiting about a half hour in line while the receptionist continued to answer phone calls while ignoring us. As we walked upstairs to our room we noticed that many of the doors were had gaps at the top and did not close all the way. We opened our room and were overwhelmed with the smell of bleach. The only thing positive about this room was there was no bugs due to the over use of bleach. Parts of the walls were unpainted, the towels were stained, the blankets were matted and disgusting, you can feel every spring in the bed, and it was very musty. We attempted to get our money back because this room was not only unacceptable but it was also unsanitary. After finally talking to the receptionist when he stopped answering phone calls he agreed to give us our money back...BUT we booked through yahoo travel (which was our mistake). When we woke up this morning we were coughing up and our throats burned due to the excessive amounts of bleach. Our cats had also thrown up from the excessive fumes from the bleach. Long story short never stay in room 263, but its highly possibly every room is the same way.
