Walking distance to downtown Tahoe City and Commons beach, and only minutes to major ski resorts. In the winter the course turns into a community winter park with Nordic skiing, snowshoeing and sledding right out the back door. In the summer, walk to Tahoe City, bike the trails along the lake or to Palisades Tahoe, or have a BBQ in the lovely backyard.

The main living room has a nice gas log fireplace and plenty of seating for movie night. There is seating for 12 for dining, and a fully stocked retro kitchen that you will fall in love with, and with, two supermarkets available within 1 mile; you can stock up on your way in for you may never want to leave!

Ten people (two families or a group of friends) will have lots of space to sleep here, with 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, everyone will enjoy their own space.

While the kids (and a few grown-up kids) have a snow day on the property's yard, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Alpine Meadows/Squaw Valley (Minutes away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches.

Other things to Note:
* Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
* Renters must be 25+
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
