The hotel was alright, nothing special. The room was surprisingly well kept and presentable. Just hate to be gauged by the hotels in Tallahassee for parent's weekend. I believe that this is the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed at. That said, at least they did not require a 2 night minimum..

We are Deeply sorry that there was an issue during your stay. We do encourage you all to let us know and we will be able to find a resolution for you all regarding your stay with us. The hotel does want to ensure that guests are taken care of correctly and we are not out there to simply charge and not deliver quality service

Basic lodging. No problems

Pros: Price. All friendly staff. Beds. I could open door for fresh air. Room did NOT smell like pets, smoke, mildew, or heavy cleaners. No noisy people.
Cons: Get new pillows. Fix wobbly toilet with broken seat. Fix dripping shower in room above. Fix noisy bathroom fan.
Location: Plenty of restaurants of all grades, from fast food to sushi to steak houses (most close by 10:00pm). Not a resort area.
Good low-cost night's rest. Friendly staff. AC system cold and quiet. 'Wood' floors were nice over typical carpet. Reasonably comfortable beds. Did not try Wi-Fi. Did not try continental breakfast. Near busy road like most motels in this area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from close by; some within walking distance. Pillows were old and flat. No bugs. Wobbly toilet. Room had fridge, microwave, and giant TV. Other than road noise and firetrucks, relatively quiet place (Thursday night - no one there). Room did not smell. Nice to be able to open door and get fresh air in, unlike hotels with interior doors and no windows to open. Motel - all doors outside. Not a place to stay long-term or for vacation. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't your place. Not a resort. Just a good basic nights rest when traveling through.
