Ask for a late check in and arrived after 7:00pm room was still not ready. Staff couldn’t answer simple questions about restaurants in the area. I will never stay there again.

Convenient location and pricing. Helpful front desk manager. Applebees downstairs. Issue was a persistent gas smell in the lobby, very loud children next door and in hall went unaddressed for hours. Shabby lobby area, coffee stand.

The hotel was WET. I mean everything in the room, including our clothes and suitcase were wet. I had to take a hairdryer to dry my clothes the next morning. The moisture and condensation problem made the trip miserable. Attempted to cancel second night but Travelocity would not respond via telephone call. The virtual assistant was supposed to text me back after attempting to use that four times. Two days later I am still waiting for the return text. Do, we returned for the second night: key card had been blocked, room was not serviced, asked for extra towels and the desk would not give them to me, had to go get toilet paper and someone tries to enter m room at 6:10 am while we were asleep. Never stay here!
