need a few up grades
One of the kitchen chairs was broken unsafe. I left a note on the chair.
Pots and pans need throw away there worn out everything sticks you can not fry a egg on them.
Toilet in hallway runs all the time. You got to put your hand in tank to make it stop.
Need some new mattresses. The one in the smaller bedroom you can feel the springs.
Also dishwasher did not work, Also need a few more plates and cups
Couch need to be steam cleaned.
Wall in Livingroom need to be painted it has chipped paint.
Came with two sets of keys one did not work at all.
As much as you got for this rental things could be better.
