This hotel was good, mostly. Clean, quiet, shuttle service, bar and bar snacks. We just need a place to crash between flights. What would have made it even better? The staff that checked us in the evening we arrived told us to just come down anytime for their 24 hour shuttle. We had a 5am flight, so that meant 3am. The night shift informed us that the shuttles run every half hour. That would have been helpful to know as we had just missed one. Secondly, while waiting for the next shuttle, a simple cup of coffee would have been a courteous touch. There was nothing available, and as breakfast was included in our fees... we left far before that was available. There was a coffee pot in the room. but we had already checked out. overall nice hotel.

To be an older property, it was very clean. The pool area was nice. The shuttle was top notch! Took us to where we wanted to go for dinner, then to the airport the next day after our cruise. I would definitely stay here again

nice hotel, very clean, but very big and very busy, it was hard to find a parking place and had to walk 15 minutes to get beack by foot to the hotel. also parking at $8 but did not get charged beacause i complained, and did not get breakfast at $19. wifi did not work.

Pool area needs an upgrade or at very least some more lounge chairs, towels....was clean. There was not an over abundance of people , just nowhere to sit or make my spot to enjoy.

The room that I reserved was not available when I arrived, and for a Double Tree, this place needed a lot of care it was old and needed to be renovated. The staff did not do a thorough cleaning of the rooms. I found a dirty q-tip left in my room, and a room service tray was left in the hallway the entire time of my stay....just unacceptable! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
