Very Nice Clean Rooms and Friendly Staff

The suite was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices. The pool was very relaxing and the hotel appearance was pleasing, I only gave 4 stars because two elevators were out of service on our 2nd day. Only 5 minutes drive to Busch Gardens. I will definitely stay here again.

A disaster. A longggg line in order to check in. Then, I came down to buy water and I had to make another big line just to charge two bottles of water to my room. I called the front desk two hours ago because the toilet is clogged and it is coming water out of it and they said they would send someone to my room. I am still waiting for them. If you need ice and your room is on the second floor, you have to go to the 6th, 7th or 8th floors in order to get some ice. Does not make sense to me

We loved the ease of coming to this location late after a concert. Paying for parking isn't my favorite part about this place, but it was very nice and the breakfast was yummy!

Parking is $12 a night plus tax. When I book the room, it was supposed to be included with the stay and when I arrived, I was informed that that’s not the case and I would have to pay what came out to $14 and change per night and that the parking lot is patrolled every two hours.
