Out of the way and the womwn at desk wasn't helpful at all. Walked out and found another place to stay.

This has to be one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Room was damp and musty, and I was concerned. Requested a room change, but they only had 3rd floor rooms and the elevator was broken. Staff was very friendly.

Awful and worst experience ever. I travel a lot with my kids and would never again stay in a extended stay America. They changed my reservation from a double bed to a king bed Without notifying me. One of us had to sleep on the floor because they couldn’t provide us with anything else than blankets and pillows, though, again, that changed my bedroom. Next day I called Travelocity, where I book through, and they helped me to get the room I reserved back. This room did not have coffee maker or any cups the reservation said it was included, good to say that this rooms has a small kitchen, reason why I reserved this hote. The kitchen in the second room they gave me was completely empty at all. I went to the lobby to ask for some cups I needed and the lady at the front desk was very nasty. She told me that they didn’t have housekeeper and that’s was an extra package that I have to request and pay. I told her that it was included in my reservation and she began to yell at me in front of other guests and my kids. There was a video recording at the front desk, she didn’t care. They don’t respect the guests. Be careful, think twice if you’re renting this. Room is full of yellow small cockroach.
