Lets see, the karking lit us open and next to an entire homelesee villiage ( literally) absolutely no convenience inside.. coffeee shopmcloswd ,no grocery store for incidentals, staff ( doesnt care, but why should they) , and of course.. the fire alarm goes off every 4 hours and even at 4 am.. this is one of tgose hotels that are old Nd think they are special becasue of it. When really they are just horrible... horrible... Run

Hello Brian, we sincerely apologize for the fire alarms and have addressed the issue so that it doesn't happen again. We are working with the city to remove the station in the back so that people do not congregate there. Our coffee shop has just been renovated and will open next month. The property location was great the rest the rest was NOT elevator broke and they didn't notify anyone or offer to assist we carried luggage down 12 floors. A big disappointment form the last time we stayed there.

Check in was easy, room ready & clean. Parked in 2nd lot which was near a homeless area. Would not feel comfortable at night by myself as a female getting car. Was perfect stay to attend concert nearby.

We do have guards that walk the lots in the evening and are working with the police chief and surrounding businesses to find a solution for the homeless around the bus stop. I was extremely disappointed in our experience from start to finish. We received our keys and headed up to our room on the 17th floor but the keys didn’t work. Went back down, the lady at the front said they don’t work if they go near your phone so she reactivated the keys. Headed back upstairs and the keys still didn’t work. Went back down to the front desk, and they send a maintenance guy up to our room, he messes around with the keys and we’re able to finally get in when using both keys at the same time. We never received an extra set of keys after that. Once we got in our room we noticed that it was extremely hot so we played around with the AC remote for about an hour and a half but it still wasn’t turning on. Went back downstairs and they sent another maintenance guy up and he assessed the unit and said it was broken and we need a new room. He brings up keys 10 minutes later for another room on floor 16 and we start heading that way. As we get to the door of our new room we notice another couple who are walking into the same room. We then go back down to the front for the 5th time and we get our third room. As we walk to this room we notice a pile of dirty laundry right outside the door. This room barely had running water coming from the shower and it was cold which was extremely frustrating. After all of this we spoke with the front desk and they apologized for any inconvenience and they comped our parking but said there was nothing else they could compensate
