I liked the covered parking and the cleanliness of the common area. The hotel is close to the airport, the mall, Target, and restaurants. I liked that the hotel had working elevators, the size of our suite and the view from our room. I didn't like that the young lady checking me in did not inform me of the incidental charge and I didn't like that I was not given a receipt because I booked through Travelocity.

I was a resort housekeeping supervisor not saying the room was bad but would have failed my inspection due to hair in the bathroom, icecream dripped in the freezer, no sheets for sofa bed & only one pillow for sofa bed other than that room was overall clean

Had a great stay enjoyed the breakfast the rooms were big and clean, loved the Courtesy Bus drop off /pick up to the mall that was great for the teens. They want you to pay for internet service, the FREE Internet access was poor and the only other issues that could be a quick fix is the TV, not having a TV guide that shows what is on TV was a bit frustrating. Overall my time that I spent here was amazing and I do plan on being back soon.
