I felt like it was a complete mistake booking this room, the smell was awful, the comforter had cigarette burns on it. The tiles in the bathroom were coming off the floor and fruit flies were buzzing around all night. I checked very extensively for bed bugs and didn't find any so that's all the positive I can say for it

This property looks nothing like the pictures on the website. When we checked in we were informed that the free shuttle to the airport did not start pick ups until 5:30am which would not work for a 6:15am flight. Upon entering the room, it was utterly shocking the state of the room which resembled the property in general. There was hair on bathroom floor and bathtub. The walls and light switch had black grease smeared all over them. A "cut" straw for drug use and other trash was on the floor, and a large black bug ran across the floor also. The bedspread had blood on it and what looked like urine stains. I have never been so repulsed in all my life. We called a car service and booked another hotel. While waiting for the car, the room in the corner had two men "visitors". The Howard Johnson could not pay me to stay here. I did go to office wanting a refund and 24 hours later I am still waiting for charges to be reversed "because only the manager Yogsef, who works 9-3, can refund my card.

We (my husband and I) arrived early and couldn't check in immediately which is OK, but the receptionist was talking on the phone and didn't even gave us a welcome. When she hang off the phone I asked her for any available bathroom after 4 hours of traveling from Miami and she told me the hotel did not have one because it was closed for licking. Then she sent us to the Starbucks besides. This is the most outrageous thing I had ever seen in any hotel in my life. I tried to cancel immediately but I would lose $136.00. So, we stayed. Once in room #116 the main door was jammed, the sink in the bathroom clogged and the odor in a room (non-smoking) was awful. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody and I'll never come back again.

The room was humid. Carpet felt damp. AC didn't work, only fan blew. Left after 1 night. Drug deals in the parking lot. TV sales out the trunk if an SUV. VERY much over charged for the 1 night. Reserved at $85, charged $120+.

The coffee pot was dirty and dusty. The shower was dirty with mold and the toilet had black mold. I didn't complaining because I just needed a place to sleep for couple of hours, it was not a long stay but if it was I woould have left.

It was close to the airport so it suited the purpose of a one night stay. Bed seemed clean but rest of room was not. Had a bad smell. Would not return

On checkin the clerk held my id and didn't return it to me until an hour later when I went looking for it. Door to our room was broken and didn't latch correctly (anyone could have kicked it down). Phone receiver wasn't plugged in and wasn't correct connection to plug in. Only plus was TV worked fine and close to airport.
