There were two elevators that I saw. Our booking was quite a distance from both. One person was was on a walker. The view of the bay was wonderful, the balcony was private enough, and the rooms were clean. The sofa needs to be replaced because of outside wear, but the bed underneath was comfortable. The security guard was a wonderful positive greeter.

Staff friendly registration easy parking good safety good view nice food good at bar though limited menu and breakfast not until late. Location isolated between commercial office buildings if no car you’d be hard pressed to get around. Room musty as old furniture in need of upgrade and modernization and big issue with housekeeping…stayed 2 nights and bed was not made and used towels not replaced or room cleaned even though I was out all day..

Heat went out 2nd night in,no one at office, in am saw office but when I returned in pm still out office then sent person to look at it not fixed no rooms open to change, next day same never fixed whole stay

Overall we had a pleasant one night stay. We had a balcony pool view. Downside was elevator was broken and we were on fourth floor. We could hear noise outside our apartment as bedroom was on hallway wall.

Absolutely disgusting, couch had flees, so we were unable to sit on it. We were told ''not'' pet friendly, yet there were plenty of guests with dogs. The toilet and shower bases were siliconed to the dirty floors. The linolium counter top had pieces or chunks missing. The faux wood chair arms on the couch were peeling. The grout on both floors was black, it was so dirty. The stove was chipped and rusting. Also torn / worn carpeting. I have pictures to prove.

First of all, the location is convenient to both Tampa and Clearwater. It has a nice pool and a sandy area (not a beach). The poolside snack bar/bar was good and the staff was friendly. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. They will warn you about the key card. Heed their advice. We had to have ours reprogrammed twice. The rooms are good sized and the kitchen is great. The not-so-good aspects were the tub needed to be resurfaced as it was peeling up. They don't clean your room for you and there is basically no housekeeping other than do-it-yourself. We were told it was because of Covid protocols. It's mid-2022, the pandemic is over, we're back to normal life for the most part, lets get back to housekeeping. We asked three times for new towels to be delivered to the room and never got them. Ended up having to go to the office for more towels. A little inconvenient but not the end of the world. We used the laundry facility and it was adequate. The rooms are a little dated and in need of some updating. Plenty of outlets but only one with USB ports. And, since everything now is a USB port, it would be nice to have a couple more. But you can bring the little adapters and they work fine. If you are traveling with family and need a budget friendly option, this is your place. You are 10 minutes from the airport and shopping in Tampa and 25 minutes from the Clearwater beach area. We were never more than 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do.
