ABT is the best for work trips to Guam
I usually stay at ABT through the hotel side for my work trips to Guam. First time using a VRBO there. This was much nicer with modern appliances and furnishings.

Guam Get-Away
Location was excellent - right on the beach. Enjoyed the warm clear water - could see fish from the 4th floor balcony. Drawbacks: property owner did not inform us until the last minute about the access procedure; the air conditioning controls were confusing; the smoke alarm in the master bedroom sounded in the middle of our first night and no one ever did arrive to figure out why so we simply disconnected it.

Unit was nice as advertised. However building was still under repair from typhoon damage. Hot tub was closed for repair and pool needed maintenance. No AC in lobby and common areas. Only one out of three elevators was working. The check-in process was delayed as there was no advanced communication from host to front desk as to our arrival.

長期でいる場合は、トイレットペーパー等の補充は自身でする必要があります。部屋にゲッコーや蟻が出没します。部屋は広いので助かります。夕日も綺麗で見晴らしもとても良いです。洗濯機や乾燥機もあったので便利でした。
