I visited in the slightly "off-season" time before enough snow for skiing Taos. That means I had the place to myself, with no noise or hustle! Everything a person needs for a great getaway is here, with ample kitchen/cooking facilities, tools etc., and T.V./movie entertainment options. This little lodge on the main road to the ski resort, yet it feels in the trees a good 1 mile away from the bustling resort and separated by several twists of the canyon. My host, Eric, was very helpful with all aspects -- kudos!
