Great Hotel - Subpar Customer Service
Overall hotel is great, very clean and as shown on photos. However the service from staff was not amazing, check in took a little over 30min, as they require all guest to check in individually with passports or photo ID. I reserved and paid for 2 rooms, double beds, for a group of 6, 3 staying in each room. Once at the hotel, I attempted to check into the rooms which were both under my name, however the staff did not allow me as the others were not at the hotel with me for check in. Once all 6 guest were at the hotel, they requested and made copies of all our IDs or Passports. And made each guest sign a document in regards to damages etc. They also charged extra for having more than 4 guest in the party. So although I reserved 2 rooms for 6 guest, according to the receptionist, I needed to pay extra for the additional 2 guest. Overall the staff was a little rude with how the check-in process went. I also had to pull out the Hotels.com Application in order for me to show them the reservation information, and the amount of rooms I reserved. Great hotel, but subpar staff customer service.

When I arrived at the airport I discovered it was 60 miles away and could not stay. I tried to cancel the booking with Expedia but they charged me for the night anyway. I am very disappointed that they charged me and that they don’t let international people know how far it is from the airport. I would appreciate a refund of my $236. I had to get another hotel that was close to the airport. Thank you
