Nice boutique hotel close to the beach and walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars. Rooms are comfortable and clean, but a bit noisy. The small cafeteria in the hotel provides a light breakfast (coffee, bread, cheese, yogurt and cereal). Overall, a nice, small place, although a bit over priced.

Pros: new hotel nice rooms
Location: great location
did not feel welcome by front desk staff 2 bottles of water is inadequate for a 5 day stay air conditioner should not be turned off by cleaning crew--especially in the middle of summer fridge in room did not stay very cold also the fire alarm went off multiple times during my stay...middle of the night, early morning it would wake me up everytime

very nice hotel and location for the price

Staff was very nice and friendly. Room was clean and free of smoke. Location was convenient to beach and Jaffa city.

Nice location close to the beach without the price

Pros: The location and the free internet was the best thing about the hotel.
Cons: Redo the windows on the rooms to better sound proof them from the traffic and people talking on the street.
Location: Within an easy walk to a local open air market and shopette. Walk to Jaffa the old city in less than 30 min. 5 minute walk to the beach.
The staff was very helpful in solving a problem we had with one of the tour companies. The breakfast provided the minimum and filled the "free breakfast" square. The breakfast area should have opened at 6 am and not 7 am, since most of the tour operators were picking up their customers immediately after 7...

Good hotel close to the beach with breakfast

Pros: Clean, good location, breakfast included, great services available after check in.
Cons: Service could be improved. Reception people are helpful but not nice in general.
Location: Go to the beach, go to the boardwalk, rent a bike, go to the restaurants in the street behind (Ben Yehuda)
It was a good hotel with a lower price than similar hotels in the area. The hotel decoration is nice in the lobby and common areas. The hotel is nicely located 2 blocks from the beach (few hotels are right in front). They provide a simple but nice breakfast every morning. They allow you to stow your luggage, use beach towels, and a bathroom in the floor below the reception after your checkout which is great if that is your last day with a late flight. Breakfast is simple compared to other hotels in the area (toast, yoghurt, juices, cakes, fruit) but very similar to any place in the US. The only thing I would change is the service. Reception people are helpful but grumpy.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PAY MORE GO TO A REAL HOTEL

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: GUT IT DOWN, AND USE IT FOR OFFICE SPACE.
Location: DONT KNOW,
WE ARRIVED AT THE LOCATION IN TELAVIV. THE ENTRANCE WAS NOT FORGIVING. BUT WE BOTH SAID OK IF THE ROOM WILL BE FINE THEN LETS NOT WORRY ABOUT THE LOOK OF THE PLACE. THE ROOM WAS CARPETED, AND THE CARPET WAS WET, IT HAD THAT DIRTY MILDEW SMELL IN THE ENTIRE ROOM. THE HOSTESS, DENIED THERE WAS ANY SMELL. AND I SAID THEN WHY IS THE WINDOW OPEN? CLEARLY IT WAS LEFT TO TRY TO CLEAR IT UP. SHE SAID I OPENED IT? WE REQUESTED ANOTHER ROOM. EVEN THOUGH I REALLY DIDNT WANT ANY ROOM THERE. SHE SAID THERE WAS NONE. AND SHE KEPT INSISTING THE RESERVATOIN CANT BE CANCELLED. BASICALLY SAYING STAY IN A DIRTY ROOM THAT SMELLS. IF YOU WANT TO BRING YOUR WIFE OR GIRL FRIEND TO A NICE HOTEL, DONT BRING HER HERE. YOU WILL EMBRASSE YOURSELF. AFTER PERSISTENCE THEY CANCELLED THE RESERVATION AND WE GOT THE HELL OUT OF THERE. AND WE WENT TO A REAL HOTEL AND HAD THE TIME OF OUR LIFE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. FOR ANOTHER 30 OR 40 BUCKS YOU CAN GET REAL ACCOMODATIONS SOMEWHERE ELSE.
