Room & facilities were excellent. Sleeping experience less so. Noisy generator (all night long) & the room was illuminated by a very bright external security light even with thick curtains (room 470). Also woken by staff talking & laughing outside the hotel at 2am!

Polite staff, hotel improvements needed
The reception staff very polite and welcoming, the rooms are good sizes. The edging all round the carpet looks dark and dirty, and the finish to the bath room wasnt great, cracked mirror and alot of mastic used i stead of it being clean and tidy finish. The continental breakfast i was looking forward to, it was bacon amd beans. They had the rest of the usual breakfast stuff there like cereal and croissants and juices. But the hot breakfast part was alittle bit shy of expectance.
