For a "lodge" room or regular-sized hotel room, it was super cramped for two people, especially for over $300 a night. This room didn't come with a refrigerator. Coffee pot was stored in the bathroom cabinet due to lack of space. Shower drain didn't work unless it was held open. Metal soap dish was corroded. We paid $50 in resort fees each night; however, none of the resort amenities were available (we'll have to contact Travelocity since we purchased the room there). Very little on-site parking although valet was available for no cost. We get in/out of the car a lot so valet is not convenient. I don't see the appeal of staying here.
I thought it was a beautiful establishment. Outdated but pleasing. Disappointed out hot tub leaked but we used the big hot tub instead. Disappointed sky bar was not open yet we got 2 free drinks at check in. Staff were helpful. All considered during a pandemic did very well at keeping everyone safe.

We originally planned this trip around going to the hot springs, but they ended still being closed due to covid. So we spent more time just at the cabin, it had a spectacular view and was very clean. The hummingbirds we amazing to just sit on the deck and watch. Our phones didn't have service at the cabin or in the town of Ridgeway, so kind of a bummer we weren't expecting. Because of the scenery around the cabin we we able to take great senior pictures of our daughter. The driveway was very steep and doesn't have a turn around for pulling a trailer so wouldn't recommend bringing one, it was an adventure to get it situated. Overall our stay was very relaxing would definitely stay again when everything calls down
