I liked the location, amenities, and home2 feeling. Hotel was small and not too many people. I did not like the lack of cleanliness. Horrible smell under sink and floor in restroom not really mopped.

Very clean, staff is great. Wish the TV had a channel menu on tje screen as you surf through channels.

The rooms are big and new, with tall ceilings and pleasing colors; large kitchenette with plates, glasses, and silverware. The thermostat was difficult to program. The bed was comfortable and the TV was huge. The continental breakfast was average. The pet fee is ridiculously high at $125. For that fee I would hope for dog food and water dishes and a dog treat in our room at the very least.

At check in the room they gave us was a studio with one bed for three adults. I had paid for a one bedroom suite. Went back to the front desk the lady said we are full for the weekend and that’s what I had booked she said because I had booked through Travelocity not much they could do. After pulling up my email confirmation showing I had paid for a one bedroom and requesting a late check in after 8pm. We waited about 30 minutes and she finally said she had one handicap room left. The next morning Sunday we went down for breakfast around 8am all’s they had was cold oatmeal and dry cereal the lady said you need to come earlier so the next morning Monday we went down about 7:15 half a pot of oatmeal probably left from the day before bread for toast, asked if they had any bagels or muffins she said they had already ran out. Really!! Both mornings people had to keep asking for spoons when all you have us oatmeal and cereal you would think they would have more then a dozen forks. Outdoor fire pit didn’t work Saturday or Sunday evening. Very disappointed for a Hilton property. Next time I will go back to the Embassy Suites or Marriott.
