This property has BED BUGS and refused to refund us after being bitten to death and having to end our vacation early! DO NOT STAY HERE!

This establishment had cockroaches. I attempted to cancel with Travelocity but I’m STILL being charged for a place I couldn’t stay at. Cockroaches!

So I wasn’t able to sleep good, I was in at 8:30pm and left at 12:30am couldn’t sleep because receptionist had 2 very young children in the lobby and they were making noise by talking screaming etc !! I was trying to fall asleep but couldn’t !!! Was waste of my money and they charged me 2x still fighting with this issue

They do not have cleaning service we have to bring the towells every day to lobby and they do not pick up the trash from the roms.

Refrigerator leaked. Bathroom sink had lipstick all over it. The carpet felt wet in a few places. No blankets in the room. Time on the clock by the bed and on the microwave was wrong.
