"We really enjoyed our stay this weekend! The room was large for our group of 3. The sofa bed was comfortable for our teen, and the king sized bed was nice for me and my husband. We appreciated having 2 sinks, as it made it easier for us getting ready in the mornings, and it was nice having the toilet in its own space so everyone had privacy. The little coffee area was cute, as well as the desk area. We only encountered 2 minor problems, but they werent a big deal. In our room, the towel bar fell off the wall when taking a towel down. It seemed like it had been pulled off previously, and just stuck back up. The second thing was that either the 1 or 2 button (i dont remember which) was really hard to push in the elevator. It took us several tries to get it to work every time we used the elevator closest to the lobby area. Breakfast was good, with lots of seating, and the staff was great! They showed genuine interest for our trip plans, told us the other activities happening over the weekend near by, and gave us a welcome bag upon our arrival with waters and a snack. Overall, this hotel is a great option, within walking distance to downtown, big spring park, and the VBC. We definitely plan on staying with you again for Comicon next year! Thanks!"

"So glad I booked this home! Very clean and comfortable! Lots of space. Oh and the master bedroom and master bathroom is to die for! The dual keurig and coffeemaker was nice with coffe there. All appliances are new. The was well decorated! Don’t let this one slip by! I hope to book again when in area."

"Poorly cleaned and furnished. We had to check in an hour late because they were supposably "Cleaning" from the last guest. They floors and counters were dirty and sticky. I cleaned swept and mopped and cleaned the kitchen. There were empty balloon bags on one of the bedroom night stands. There were no towels. There were two large white kitchen garbage bags full of dirty linens. After buying towels I looked in the bags and there were dirty towels in them also. I washed and dried all the dirty linens and towels. The beds only had a fitted sheet and comforter on them and were in poor condition. The "Half bath was in the laundry room where you had to squeeze between the washer and wall to get in.(12" gap) The closest door in one of the bedrooms was ripped off and I fixed it. They informed us at the handrailing was ripped off the wall and would be back to fix it which they did. I also had them fix the light above the kitchen sink because it was falling down. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes so I ran that. The House overall was poorly furnished."

"Updated furnishings, great space for me and my toddler. Internet was spotty and a harmless field mouse ate some of my leftovers, but management was attentive and addressed concerns promptly. Location was good and price was great"
