"On arrival I was greeted by the Manager Mr Orcun who had a very hospitable approach. During my stay it was busy which shows that there’s a lot of excellent qualities within the service presentation. Breakfast is excellent and there’s staff willing to serve you until it’s time to leave the food hall. You can even have your your eggs done to your liking etc. Food is nice and fresh also the area always clean. That’s more than 6 stars in my book. My check out time would have been too early due to a late flight departure. After speaking with Guest Relation Manager Ms Tamara and Mr Burpham who is an interpreter on site. Together with my 4 friends, our hotel bookings extended at no extra cost. No stress and only happiness 👍😊 What an excellent service. 5 stars is not enough and I wish them all the best. I will return very soon 👍 and already recommend this quality to many friends. "

"The staff is amazingly friendly, nice and helpful. The hotel location is amazing and the rooms are clean and cosy. I was sad not to see a kettle or anything to make tea in the room but later realised there is no need -they have free unlimited tea-coffee-juice servise in the lobby which is amazing and more than I was hoping for. I came in the hotel for a tennis tournament. Staff supported and cheered me all the way. This friendliness is rare and priceless. So I would say this is the best price/worth ratio you would find, because the prices were also not high. Whenever I come back, I will gladly stay here again"

"14 days of amazing hospitalilty from Innvista Belek. We had a lovely room service lady, Aysel who greeted us every morning with a smile and quickly became friendly with my son! She is meticulous in her cleaning and tries her best to work around our schedule when my son is sleeping during the day. She cleaned our room thoroughly and also did very cute towel sculptures on our bed which always put a smile on our face. To the groundskeeper who helped me find my shorts when the wind blew it over. To the amazing staff in the dining area who always offer us drinks and bring a highchair for my son . A special mention to the reception staff to Ekaterina and Murat who sorted out a meeting room for me everyday day to attend a conference call and with Murat who I spoke to everyday, they are all so friendly. 

Guest Relations Aykut , Kader and the manager Darya Yildiz is very helpful and we had a very nice chess ♟️ game with Aykut.

I loved my stay here and would highly recommend to everyone !! Hospitality is what makes this place world class. The facility is very clean with constant 24/7 cleaners. 10-15 minute walk to land of legend and the nearest mosque. Very fast broadband also . Will definitely be coming back next year"
