The front desk staff was very nice. The restaurant was expensive and the staff closed. Only one elevator was working so you either took the steps or waited forever. Not sure I would stay there again.

My reservation was for a 'drive up'. I called the day of my check in to confirm, and was told that it was to be so. When I arrived, I was checked into a "Courtyard View". When I asked the desk staff to change it to a Drive up, I was told that because the room was booked online, I couldn't change it. Well, my Travelocity reservation shows a DRIVE UP. Get to room and the view is of a muddy, dug up corner of the "courtyard". Couldn't even let my dogs out there to pee. As an amputee with only one leg, another reason we wanted the drive up was so I wouldn't have to walk far to get to the room. There were no vending machines available, and so in order for me to get a soda, I had to walk to the front lobby. (from room 153, at the other end of the hotel, past all the conference rooms. Take a look at a map of their hotel - that walk was FAR from fun with limited mobility! The room was given a facelift, but all the trim was loose, and the toilet seat needed repair while there. Pool was OK, but it was DARK in there! I will never be back to this hotel. I would rather sleep in my truck! This hotel is NOT worth the money I spent, and had it not been so late when I checked in, I'd have left and found another place to stay.

I chose this hotel at the recommendation of a friend who had a great experience there. I did not have the same experience. I also want to add that we were supposed to originally take this trip in June of 2020, had to postpone to June 2021, then switch last minute to this trip instead of another because my credit wouldn’t keep any longer and the hotel wouldn’t communicate with me. We were supposed to have a fridge in our room, and didn’t. We mentioned it the next morning asking for it to be installed while we were out for the day, and they didn’t. We got it at about 10pm and our check out was the next morning; so basically it was for nothing. After taking a shower, we discovered the towel my daughter dried off with had someone else’s dried blood on it. There were other smears of blood in the bathroom on the walls and shower that looked like someone had tried to wipe it off with toilet paper. This was also brought to the attention of the front desk and we were give credit for 3 breakfasts in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant was nothing great either. Our dinners the second night were disappointing, our breakfasts the next morning were marginally better. It was disturbing though that the lights in the dining area were dripping water and the staff just shrugged it off saying “roof repairs are just taking a really long time”. Many little things that individually could be overlooked, but as a whole were a HUGE disappointment and made me wish I had spent my money elsewhere.

I liked the free EV charging connection, but would like to have 2 connections available instead of 1. and would be better a bit further from the front door

The hotel put us in a “restricted area only” floor of the hotel which we can only assume had covid pos guests staying. Pubic hair was still on the toilet seat. I can only say, pay the extra money and stay at a more expensive hotel.
