Completely renovated with modern life-style in mind and Poconos living.

If you want to getaway from your daily routine and relax in the Poconos this house is for you. With fully furnished kitchen to linen closet you will only need to bring yourself to relax and unwind.

With and indoor Sauna and 70" screen TV with reclining sofas you will completely spoil yourself and wouldn't want to leave.

We are located in a 24 hour gated community. Once you arrive and check-in you will be given a vehicle pass. You will be able to come and go as you please, once you have this pass.

Guests will have the whole house to themselves during their stay except a utility Closets downstairs near washer and dryer, next to the door to go upstairs and the other one right across from the master bedroom on the main floor. Also outside on the deck the shed is locked and other door is locked which contains oil tank.

Beach/pool access: $5/day per adult and $3/day per child (children under 2 are free) gets you access to all pools, lakes, mini golf, and canoes in the community.

Guests will need to fill out a guest registration form that will include name of each guest, age, and vehicle information for each vehicle entering the community.

In winter months we strongly recommend for you to have a vehicle with All Wheel Drive or 4x4 available. While we have paved roads and a paved driveway there is a chance for lots of snow to fall and having AWD or 4x4 will help you greatly.
