This hotel is clearly cutting corners to stay afloat. Facilities are tired and run down, quality of staff/ training is generally very poor, and housekeeping is very badly understaffed and incapable. 2nd and 3rd tier hotels are a better alternative to this particular four seasons. Terribly disappointing. Never, EVER going back.

Great hotel very close to Tokyo Station.

This was a top notch hotel. The rooms were large and very comfortable by Tokyo standards. The staff was very good at what they do and speak great English. The location of this hotel was wonderful from my point of view. While it was for sure in a business area it was a 5 min walk #40or less#41 to Tokyo station which makes it great. The Shinkansen and the Narita stop in Tokyo station which makes for a quick trip to the hotel. If you want they will great you at your train and walk you back. The restaurant was typical of most high end hotels with good food well done but not a value in any way. In the end there are tons of nice inexpensive places within 10 min walk that cater to the worker in the area if you are looking for a little less costly fair. While they can set up tours and the like for you my single experience with that a tour of the fish market left a lot to desired. It way have just been a bad day or a bad guide so I have no idea it others will have better luck. My room was nice and quiet. The view was of a open street. Others have views of the rail station. In the end this was not a negative in my mind as I do not spend time just looking out my hotel window. In the end this was a great hotel in a great part of town if you are going to use the train. I woud come back again.
