The bed and pillows were the worst not just in Japan but ever. They should not even be allowed to be called pillows. The people were nice and housekeeping was okay but the room was very dirty and dusty and I found hair everywhere.

I made a couple of special requests that they were not receptive to, but they were polite and courteous. Breakfast buffet is not great. Having one restaurant and no real bar is also a minus, but it’s close to Shinjuku station, which puts all of Tokyo in reach.
