My only dislike is that the breakfast menu was the same EVERYDAY. I was burnt out on it after day 3 and didn’t even have it on day 4 even though I had already paid for it.

The loft was really cool in our room. I also enjoyed the big windows as well. The hotel itself has a nice artwork and very clean.

best hotel in a seedy neighborhood

Pros: Room is clean and functioning, except the tiny refrigerator does not work
Cons: A functioning refrigerator. Provide a more powerful dryer like what they offer in local coin operated laundry.
Location: Location is good if you like to visit Japanese style bars at night. The only thing Interesting locally is about 15 minutes walk to ISETAN dept store
Hotel itself is okay with expected room and location. But you are basically stay in a best hotel on the block surrounded by a lot of seedy hotels. It's also close to a lot of bars so not recommended for family. The hotel lobby is not huge and they seems to have a lot of customers coming in early before checking time so the lobby is always busy and noisy most of the time location with various activities. Luggages piles up everywhere. It just not a relaxing and quite hotel when comparing to other hotels that I have stayed in Japan. Hotel offers self service laundry room but the one small dryer takes long long time to dry your clothes so it becomes a bottleneck when you have more than 2 people doing laundry. It waste 3 hours of my time to use this service, I end up going out to have my clothes dried in local coin laundry.

The walls were dirty even ceiling was splattered With what was believed to be food. bed was three inches thick with no cushion. I had stayed one night and canceled the rest to go to another. Bathroom had dirty shoe marks and it stirred up my allergies, couldn't believe this place would be acceptable anywhere. I have stayed at motels and lodges and this one was one of the worst.

sufficient

hey! I stayed at the shinjuku grand bell Hotel for a tattol of 7days. I only used the hotel for about 5-7hours a day and that was to sleep and freshen up. Over all it's a good place. Just during my stay they where remodeling the balcony and bar. It's still open for service but it's and inconvenience how you can't see the view of the city and get the full experience.
