Great location and beautiful hotel overall. My only “complaint” if you would call it is the layout of the room. It’s quite small and there is a rather large table/chair by the bed. I think it would be awesome if they could do a folding table or sliding table instead and have the chair possibly be a folding chair or something for there to be more available space in the room. But it’s not a big deal

Room is very small for 3 persons. Carpet has lot of dust. What we really hated was room can not adjust temperature. Building has central heat which was too hot in room and no window can be opened. We need to ask for more fan. There was cigarette smoke from next room came in ours. Bathroom and coffee table way too small. With this price it was dissatisfied. Staff barely speak English. Amenities were great. Quality of bedding was good. We moved to another hotel “Knot” next block was way better and bit cheaper.

The location is super convenient. We can walk to Shinjuku station through the underpass without getting wet in the rain. There are some restaurants that opens early morning in the underpass of the station.
