I did not like the fact that there was not a smoke detector in the room. Not a non-working smoke detector, I mean none. When I called to ask why I was informed they were on back order and a lot of rooms did bot have one. Was informed oh if there's a fire you'll wake up. Also booked in a 2 Queen studio suite and was informed your business double booked me and I was given a regular 2 Queen room not a suite. In requesting a price adjustment I have been give the run around by both your organization and the hotel.

Incredibly noisy- kids running unattended in hallways all hours of the night-after 3 am it finally got quite. Sounded like there was a bowling match in the room above me. My daughter finally left at 1 am starting she would get a much better night's sleep in her own apartment Very disappointed. Front desk apologize for all the noise

Staff was very professional and there was plenty of parking available. Thought the carpets could have been cleaner though. Overall very pleased with stay.
