The property was bad. Dirty and outdated. The room door looked liked someone pryed it with a pry bar. The room was old. Horrible drywall repairs. Outlet for blow dryer didn't work. The pictures looked nice on website but when we got there the property looked run down. We slept with chair in front of door. Would not stay there again.

Room was nice and cozy good selection on tv, the bed was to firm for me and i asked for a soft bed.the breakfast was good but same every dzy scrambled eggs and sausage and links one day and patties the next.over all i would give it a 9 out of 10

Very good budget hotel for a visit to Toledo

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Better signage at the roadside entrance. It's not immediately apparent where to drive in.
Location: There's an Applebee's about a block to the west, but lots more restaurant choices a mile east by the I-75.
We stayed here for three nights while visiting Toledo's art museum, Great Lakes museum and other area attractions. The hotel is northwest of downtown and somewhat isolated, but there are lots of restaurants a mile to the east on Alexis Road by the I-75. Our room was bright, clean, quiet, and larger than usual for a budget hotel, The room had a fridge, a microwave, great wi-fi and very comfortable beds. The bathroom had plenty of counter-space.The free breakfast included biscuits, sausage and egg patties,and warm country gravy. Amazing! Staff were friendly, too. This was our best hotel experience in a 2-week tour of Ohio.

Awful! Maybe better after construction.

Pros: nothing
Cons: Basically everything. Staff, condition of hotel, etc. etc. etc.
Location: good location for fun
I arrived to find a place that looked closed for serious renovation. It took me a long time to even find an entrance that wasn't blocked off. When I did make it into the lobby there was a 14 year old kid smashing tile with a sledge hammer, everything was completely torn u, the staff was rude, I did not get the King sized bed I had booked and called with confirmation about the night before. Also, because of construction, I did not get the breakfast. As nothing was said about the construction before I arrived, and because of the cancellation/refund policy, I was stuck there. After finding out about the bed situation I called to let them know, and they said there wasn't a king sized room available (why could I reserve it then?!). I asked about a possible reduction in cost and the lady at the front desk who I phoned said she would ask about it and promptly hung out - of course she never got back to me about this and I was charged full cost. Terrible experience.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had. As you stated, we are currently renovating to bring the hotel up to par with the newer standards. We anticipate to have majority of the renovations done in early September 2015 and breakfast is to be back by early to mid September 2015. Our currently low prices reflect the lack of certain amenities. Furthermore, our hands were tied when speaking with the Travel Agent you booked with. Please feel free to get in touch with me.
