Visit to Econolodge in Topeka

Pros: Proximity to Brewster Place, I-70 and a couple of good restaurants
Cons: The tub faucet leaked continuously.
Location: Check out Tuptim Thai Restaurant a few blocks away.
Great location in relation to Brewster Place, where my parents live. Room was clean and comfortable. Very acceptable for the price. The breakfast was nice too. You could make your own waffles or have eggs, sausage and gravy along with various cereals and pastries. Great to have a microwave and mini-fridge in the room.

Good for a budget hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room/bathroom/sheets were clean. The building is old and worn but not run down. Breakfast was coffee and OJ, cereal, fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and a couple of pastries. Nothing amazing but not bad. We would stay there again if going to an event at the Expocentre.

Good value in older motel

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
Older motel, clean rooms, indoor swimming pool in separate building, fridge, microwave and safe in the room, wi-fi, free breakfast includes good, thick sausage gravy. Stayed there twice because of good value.

Very nicely updated

This place has been recently updated not really what i expected. Rooms look very clean..Well worth the $* a night that i paid. Their breakfast was amazing; Waffles and biscuits and gravy..we didnt even have to go out to eat for breakfast.
