Hotel room was spacious and very clean. Staff was very helpful and eager to please. Everything from opening doors for you to helping you find the best route to attractions. Char No. 5 whiskey bar is a must. Will definitely be staying here again.

This property is located in a centralized location, next to the CN Tower, Aquarium, & sports venues. The modern styled rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful. Dave, at concierge, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He provided us with recommendations of restaurants open on Christmas Day, directions around the city, and even helped book a rental car for the remainder of our trip. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Toronto.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Very helpful. Hotel is right downtown within walking distance to everything! We will stay there again, for sure! Thank you!
