The property fell short for cleanliness unfortunately. And the communication regarding missing items in the building was very poor. Parking was a bit of trouble as well. All in all it did the job to keep us housed but would not stay again. :(

I had the worst experience. It all started when I asked about parking access and was informed that there was a $20 fee, which was not advertised on the Expedia website. Then, upon arrival, nobody was of any help, and the procedures were unclear. When I called for assistance, I was told to reread the instructions, nothing more. I spent 30 minutes trying to find the parking until a tenant showed me how to get there. When I arrived, the main bed was broken, the television didn't work, and the toilet was dirty. In short, I spent two days sleeping in a bed located in the hallway because I needed accommodation and didn't have time to start filing complaints about my discomfort. I do not recommend this very, very dirty place!

After check-in we noticed that the heater is blowing cold air from the vents. It took 4-5 hours after constantly trying to contact the property management and they did not provide any solutions. I had to call expedia and got resolution right away. Very bad customer service from globalstays and pretty bad condition of property considering -22 celsius degrees cold weather with heater blowing cold air.

Expedia and Global stay dont tell you the companies unrealistic requirements for check Asking to send a photo of each guest with their id in their hand to a random number Very strange and never been an ask ive trabeled the world They took my money without me staying at this facility Be careful booking them Very interestedin taking your money but afterward your told all these Policies that is not listed on expedia Scam and i plan to ensure my money is returned
