The bus terminal is a two-minute walk.
Free street parking on weekends starting Friday night.
Sunday to Thursday night you can park your car on the driveway.
Other things to note:
STAYS OVER TWO WEEKS: PLEASE READ THE RENTAL AGREEMENT:
-Cleaning charges for stays of over two weeks are $100, this will be an additional charge and will need to be paid upfront,
-Note that stays for over one week will need to have their own bedding, which includes, bed sheets, pillow covers, pillows, comforters, towels, and toilet paper.
-DO NOT hook up any electrical devices in this apartment such as a fridge or space heater, the electrical in this unit is not equipped to handle the extra load, and it's a fire hazard. You can use a hair dryer however if you turn on all 4 burners on the countertop stove simultaneously with the microwave there will be a power outage in your space.
-You are not allowed to store any additional items that belong to you outside of the property, like in our backyard or in front of your apartment, you are renting the apartment unit and can have your belongings inside of the unit ONLY.
-You are not allowed to make any surface changes to the unit, like making holes in the wall to hang wall art or paint the place.
-Please note that you will be responsible for keeping the unit and the appliances clean, including cleaning the shower, the floors, and the kitchen, during your stay for over two weeks.
-The Kitchen counter is made from delicate material, please keep the kitchen counter and the sink area free of water, water left there will damage the surface and you will be responsible for paying for the damage.
-Please turn on the fan on the stove, while cooking, and do not turn off the Fire Alarm.
-We will need access to the laundry room once a week which is located downstairs.
-The driveway is shared, and there is a maximum space for two cars which will be parked back to back, hence we will have to coordinate who parks were during the week.
-For long-term stays, please carefully read the above and the rental agreement and see if this place is viable for your needs before you book with us.
