No shuttle service from 1-3pm. This caused me to spend two long hours waiting at the airport.

It was below zero in Canada and the room wasn’t prepared for us when we got in at 12:30 AM. There was no heat in the room and the girl didn’t know what to do. No one was available to call because of the holiday weekend. We slept with two blankets. She couldn’t get the printer to work so I couldn’t print off boarding passes and we had a very difficult time checking into the airline. My information through Travelocity said we were flying Air Canada. However, my husband was able to find it was actually United airlines so that was a nightmare! We want our money back from the hotel stay and will have to go through you to get our refund, which is a nightmare as well .

Thank-you for staying with us. We are sorry to hear about your stay. We are not sure what happened, as all our rooms have heaters/air-conditioning units. It appears that yours wasn't working and we are sorry to hear that.
