The tv was impossible to use. There were 2 clickers with no instructions and even after staff made it work it reverted back to being unusable. It shouldn’t be a major job to turn it on and change channels The free breakfast was on the other hand very good and way above average

Would stay again. Be sure to check rates directly with the inn. Seemed like I got an excellent deal through Travelocity but the rates for the same room and dates for two family member add ons came in cheaper. Might be because they are seniors but I allegedly saved 35% on the room versus direct with the inn and I still over paid (imo). Pros: Excellent hot breakfast everyday, clean rooms, maids were more than accommodating and the overall staff. Cons: Dead and nearly dead bugs in common areas not removed fast enough (imo). We would stay and recommend this locale again without issue.

Thank you so much for your review. We really appreciate the remarks in regards to the breakfast, housekeeping and overall staff. In your review you mentioned that some common areas had dead bugs, thank you for bringing this to our attention currently we have a housekeeper who is assigned to cleaned these area every morning but due to it being busy season and the common area being located right next to the door after your comment we have assigned a housekeeper to dust and vacuum that area twice in case any dust, or small bugs seem to make it in from the beautiful nature surrounding the property.

The hotel was lovely and the staff is polite.

We were there at Christmas time and it while the hotel seemed busy/full the restaurant was closed and there seemed to be minimal staff. Our stay was pleasant. The room was nice - the "fireplace" was a nice touch. Since we were visiting family nearby, we didn't need the dining options - which is good because they were closed. I'd stay here again. I feel like the price is a bit steep but since options in this area are limited I guess you have to expect that.
