We did not stay at the Oaks Gateway Suites they had an issue with water leak and move us to the their partner hotel Oaks Metropole Hotel. The area was not in a central location like the Oaks Gateway Suites would have been with restaurants located just across the street.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I apologise that on this occasion we did need to move your reservation due to a water leak. Guest relocations are only ever done as a last resort and we will always try to move our guests to our sister property Oaks Metropole to ensure they still experience the Oaks standard of accommodation and service. I appreciate that it is a little further from restaurants and hope this caused you only minimal inconvenience during your stay. We do hope you choose to stay with us again so we have the opportunity to take care of you at Oaks Gateway Suites.
